[fast5] Re: breaking the fast

Hi,
Funny enough-- My doctor has actually suggested I go on and all Meat-diet to heal My liver. (consuming fruits and vegetables, was actually making me worse and causing my liver to fail) So as of 12/05/2010 I've embarked upon a Carnivore lifestyle. (trialing for a month) Today was the first day, in so many years where I've woken up and actually had ENERGY!

And I found my fasting was a breeze.

I've looked through the Forum, love it and I'll be sure to join once a two-week peroid is up (as is required for registration)
