[fast5] Re: breaking the fast

THank you, Rebbecca..that is what I'm finding, too...that sometimes I'm in complete control during a window and sometimes not. Some of that just has to do with emotions, the food choices there (yummier harder to control, of course) and what not but I'm pretty sure it has SOMETHING to do with what I break the fast with.
Dark meat chicken, huh?

I'm a protein person. Have ALWAYS craved it, done better on it, etc so my thought is that protein + fat will stave off big binges, and I've kinda noticed that.

Can you specifically (if you have time..) tell me some of the experience you had in that 13 weeks that helped you "know" it was the dark meat chicken that helped? For example, what to look for..hunger? Cravings? What let you know what worked and didn't? I'm not even sure what to look for..did you keep some kind of journal throughout? Sorry for all the questions. Not feelin' like taking 13 weeks (yikes!) to figure this out....if you share your experience, maybe you can have done some of the work FOR me :)? Thank you
