[fast5] Re: Chewing Gum/Mints?

Thanks! Yes I agree that the Sobes are best left to be had during my window.

I've become quite addicted to the Starbuck's iced green teas (unsweetened of course). I love them, they really taste great and actually get me through the last couple of hours of the fast.

I probably won't have the gum anymore unless I am in a pinch. Maybe I"ll try those breath mints you mentioned. I did have a couple of pieces of gum not within my window and I do think they triggered cravings and lots of limbic hunger. I had an awful day of eating yesterday, ate too much and all the wrong foods!
