Hi,
 
my window is 13h30 to 18h30. this way I can have lunch and dinner with my family. I usualy have rice, beans, vegetables, a salad and sometimes some kin of meat for lunch at 13h30, some fresh fruit at 15h30 and a sandwich with a carrot/vegetable juice at 18h30. on saturdays I move my window to 15h to 20h because we love to eat out at restaurants, but on sunday I go back to my regular window. I have'nt lost too much until now, I started at 84kg and now I'm 82kg... wich means 2 kg eliminated, and I've been doing this woe since feb. I'm pretty pelased, because when I feel like, I can have whatever I want to eat, as long as I don't eat too much.
