[fast5] Re: What's YOUR Window?

I'm relatively new to this, still sort of easing into it and building the habit. But what seems to work best for me is a window from 1-6 or 2-7. I alter it a little each day depending on what I'm up to and if I'm having dinner with my boyfriend. 5-10PM would NEVER work for me,
I really don't like eating in the evenings.

I agree with the others that the most important part is listening to your body, and finding something that works best with your schedule- you'll be more likely to stick to it that way.
