YES – that is great. Then I would just go by how you feel and how you look to yourself. If you are happy with your size why worry about weight. I think you said you want to get down to a size 30” waist pants. I think that’s a great goal.

That's probably a good idea, me thinks. And you make a good point that muscle weighs more than fat. My problem is that I've never been this light in the last 30 years so I really have NO clothes to go by! :) Awesome, right? ;)
