in the Eat Stop Eat program you go without eating for 24 hours once or twice a week. I think that would be fine, if it works for you.

My schedule is a bit rough so I end up on Tues & Thur nights (when I work out with my trainer) having to work out during my eating window. My normal window is 6:30pm to 11:30pm, but on Tues & Thur I don't get to have my meal until 10:30pm, which leaves me only really 1 hour. My workout is from 8pm to 9pm, but I can't eat at 6:30 because I have to take care of the dog, change clothes, and get to the gym to stretch out before I meet with my trainer. So eating ends up when I get back to the house.

I am usually not even hungry when I get home from the gym too, but going 24 hours without eating really isn't a good idea twice a week?? or is it????
