Keep reading, esp the FAQs.....I think the theory that vitamin deficiencies are mainly caused by carbs leaching them out of your body is valid. I haven't eaten a fruit or veg since last June, so by all acounts I *should* have scurvy, right? Many of these people have been doing meat and in some cases some dairy for 2+ years, or in the case of the Bear, about 50.
