My window is from noon to 5:00. That is what works for me, and I've lost 101 pounds in 8 months. I never cheat. Of course, you would need a different window (how about 2:00-7:00?) due to family circumstances. My point is that the window's time is not crucial, but the length of the window and what you eat inside the window are very important.

I have finally been able to move my window from 5 to 10, but I'm really thinking of moving it back...say from 2 to 7 or 3 to 8. It's important to me to still be able to eat dinner with my family, but I have found that when I get home around 5, it's hard for me to break my fast eating the healthy foods that I know I should be eating. I'm so starving that I grab anything that is easy and within reach. I feel that if I move my window up, I can come to work prepared with healthy foods to break my fast, eat a normal portioned healthy dinner with my family, and be done with it for the day. I don't like going to bed with a full tummy and don't really suffer from the temptation of late night eating. Especially if I know my stomach is full and I've eaten all that I need. Although the answer could just be that I need to have more willpower...I haven't eaten for 19 hours, what's another 20 minutes to make a healthy break-fast?
So anyway just curious as to what window works for you?
And I'm sorry if I'm annoying with all of my posts! This is all really new to me and I don't have any support from my family or friends so I'm leaning a lot on you guys to help me out. I really appreciate it, thank you!!
