[fast5] Re: Clothes are looser!

No I don't have much to lose, which I suspect is partially why this is so super slow going for me. But I love this plan and at this point, the weight loss really doesn't matter to me as much. The scale doesn't have the power over me that it used to.

I also need to stop concentrating on the stupid scale. I know how I feel and how my clothes fit are much better indicators of success than an arbitrary number on the scale. It's a hard habit to break :)

You're right though - with other diets, I would lose crazy amounts of weight....the first week. And since it's a diet, as soon as I stopped doing it a couple of weeks later, I would gain the weight back plus some.

As I think of it, I have been moving much more...like I said, I have so much more energy that I play with my kids more, garden more, take the stairs more, etc. It doesn't "feel" like exercise, but to my muscles I guess it is.
