Although I still haven't lost much weight (was down to 147.3 on Saturday but seemed to have gone back up to 149 today - starting weight was 151 - 4 weeks ago), I put on a pair of jeans over the weekend that were tight on me not that long ago and they fit. By the end of the day they were even a little loose!
I'm happy about this, but a bit perplexed on how I can appear thinner (I have noticed subtle changes in my body composition, for example, my arm muscles seem more defined) but not really lose any scale weight. I haven't done anything differently as far as exercise either. I might have more energy to run around with my kids than I used to, but am still not really doing any formal exercise.
This is weird. Did this happen to you at first? Lost inches before weight?
