[fast5] Does it matter WHEN you exercise?

Hi, all. Would enjoy some opinions/experiences about this, by folks more experienced than I am.

I'm pretty new to Fast5 (still getting it down and working on NOT eating like a pig on the weekends all day), and usually exercise from 30-60 minutes a day, doing various things.

Does it have more impact if the exercise is done right BEFORE the fasting window opens (i.e. in a fasted state) than it does if you exercise during your eating window, or soon after your window closes?

I usually exercise right before I break my fast. A few days ago, I tried exercising right after my window and was much hungrier the next day...but that's just a sample size of one day so far.

Just curious what you all do, time-wise.
