Thanks Linda and congrats on your weight loss, that's wonderful!!
This is the end of week 3 for me, I haven't cheated once I'm happy to say. But I do think I need to adjust my window, the 5-10 just doesn't feel right to me. I was happier when I first started the program and had a 3:30 to 8:30 window. I have a dinner out tonight though so I think starting tomorrow, I might push it forward a bit. The dinner might go late so I want to be sure I'm still in my window when I'm in that environment.
You're right, dinner is the only meal we eat together so it's important to me to at least be able to partake in that. I have a friend who does this diet (and she didn't even know that it was an official diet!!) but her window is early like yours. I tried it for about a week (before I even found out about Fast-5) but found I don't like preparing a meal for my family for dinner and not being able to partake in it ;)
Thanks again!
