[fast5] Re: Every Other Day Fasting vs. Fast 5?

Do you have any links to the research that links SIRT-1 activation to EOD fasting? And does what you read explicitly say that an eating window (EW) doesn't activate SIRT-1 as well, or is it just that they haven't made a study of it yet?

Also, is the self-defeating mechanism of an EW that concerns you the SIRT-1 question, or is it something else?
