Re: [fast5] Re: I buy too much food

Ditto. I eat a huge variety of food. The thing is, when you only have one meal a day, it's easy to become a "foodie" and get really picky about that one meal, to make it a really YUMMY one. Last night I made tempura shrimp and vegetables. I have a hard time "wasting" my hunger on stuff like potato chips: I can eat them, but then I get full, and I feel like I wasted the day eating something that isn't my favorite thing.

I truly love fresh well-grown vegetables. It's a different experience than the stuff you get at the store. Homegrown eggs too. They probably are healthier, but that's not really the reason I do it.

You can eat whatever u want. Its just that a lot of people choose to eat ultra healthy for lots of reasons. In my case I don' care for "animal" protein or dairy. I do eat fish cause I like fish. I do eat pasta and lots of stuff. So don't feel like a black sheep. Enjoy.
