I just started the Fast-5 program and successfully completed my first week. I started the program after listening to my crossfit trainer talk about it, and how he and several of the other trainers have had positive results. I wanted to know what types of negative things others have heard about the program. Whenever I mention to people what I am doing, they jump all over my case, especially anyone in the fitness business (Crossfitters excluded) likes to point out how unhealthy this is? Currently this seems like the diet for me, very liberating and simple.
