Hi Karen.... sprouts.... cayenne pepper.... cinnamon..... herbs.... green tea!... rooibos tea!... and powdered calcium cos no dairy now.... LOL.. is amazing what the Wildberry juice and protein shake can hide!!!! Packed with nutrients. I fancy almond milk... must look into that. I just chew on a mix of seeds cos like them.
