In the past I've found that I generally get about 2.5 tbsp per lemon. I don't know what kind of faux lemon Seven... is getting but all of the yellow plastic lemons filled with lemonish juice I've ever seen are not plain lemon juice. If you can find the ingredients, I'd be curious to know what's in there.
The other thing to keep in mind is that your fat cells are not just storage tanks for triglycerides, but they also store toxin overload that your body can't get rid of. I don't want anyone to admit to this online, but toxins from marijuana, tobacco, and alcohol can be stored in fat cells, along with most any crap DOW chemical cares to put in our environment. If you're beginning to lose fat for the first time in a long time, there's no telling which chemicals from your fat stores are being released into your system. If you're feeling dizzy or light headed, it's probably just lower blood pressure from a decrease in salt or something... but just keep in mind if any of you have, uh, imbibed in the past, you may be experiencing a bit of a flashback of sorts. ;)
