[fast5] Re: Fast-5 vs. Eat Stop Eat

Fast 5 is a *free* E-book and Brad Pillon's book costs $30 or something. I did *NOT* think Brad's book was worth the money. He presents a diet that very few could stick to for the long term (unlike Fast 5 which is easy to stick to) and refuses to give away the information like Dr. Bert does. Many of the studies Brad references are the same Dr. Bert references -- maybe it's plagiarism? I'm surprised to see so many people saying they loved "Eat Stop Eat." It makes me wonder if Brad Pillon doesn't have a few accounts to post to this group. :-)
