[fast5] (Lemon water) Re: Help, advice, once again...?

Oh yeah, that's gotta be in the neighborhood of 25-30 caolories per container! It takes roughly 7 grams worth of carbs to set off an insulin response, which is about 28 calories.

Thanks for the label contents, that sounds about right. Though your ingredients list actually contains lemon juice. I've seen them not even list lemon juice at all!
