Yeah, you're right... I'm an "all or nothing" kinda guy usually... that's not always good. :)
I bought a bunch of raw veggies last night and I'm eating some every couple of hours. I had a great work out this morning, I ended up missing breakfast (not intentional, I was planning on eating some eggs and veggies), and so far I have have my glass of EXTREME lemon water (juice from one whole lemon in a glass of water) and one raw carrot. :) Feeling just fine, not spacy or anything as of yet.
