I was drinking hot/warm lemon water ever morning and then I'd sprinkle lemon
juice on my salmon/cabbage salad that I'd have 4-5 times/wk...

If you have concerns about the acidity, diluting the lemon juice or vinegar
in water will raise the pH but keep the sour taste. Whether the sour taste
helps quench hunger may vary from one person to another, but it's an easy
