Hello Everyone,
So wonderful to be part of a group that can share about this!
I only learned about this eating lifestyle a few days ago by accident while looking for something else on the net. I have read the book now and started my "conditioning" today. I hoped to just go to 5pm but couldn't. Became so weak. Managed to go to 1pm and then ate. So will just keep extending out until get to later. Is it OK to go to 4pm instead of 5pm and close the window at 9pm? Or even 3pm till 8pm as a window. I seldom have eaten as late as 9pm except when out at a restaurant. I am naturally an early riser and prefer to sleep earlier when possible.
I was a bit nervous to start because if my blood sugar gets low I have even been known to black out. But perhaps with conditioning my body can learn to feed off fat instead of regular snacks like I am used to. I recently developed a dairy allergy... well recently understood I had it maybe....and believe that detoxing the liver can make this reverse. Fasting is the most efficient way to detox but I go so slow after the first day it is awful. I hate feeling tired. I am pretty sure that this way I can fast without that. I did fall sleep after I ate because of delaying breakfast so many hours. So glad I could. I am really trusting my physiology will adapt. Makes so much sense.
This forum is a wonderful idea.
Chelle
