Karen,

If the changes you describe don't help your sister, please ask her to review the F5 summary page ( http://www.fast-5.com/F5Summary.html ) to be sure she understands the basics like zero calories in the fasting period -- there are people who consider drinking only juice to be fasting, and that won't work for Fast-5.

If she's sticking to the basic plan, has a significant amount of weight to lose and isn't seeing weight loss, please ask her to call me sometime during the work day (904-685-5117). There are a very few people for whom F5 has not worked at all and I'd like to be able to help them adapt F5 so it works for them, or at least identify the population for whom Fast-5 will be of no benefit so it will not be stirring false hopes or expectations.
