I bought Eatstopeat and I thought it was excellent scientific advice on why we don't starve to death if we don't eat every 3-4-5 hours and why it's perfectly ok to eat just once a day if we want.
I chose to eat the F5 way because I'm sick of eating during the day and I'd rather deal with a dull hunger when compared to the mentally FOG I feel after eating during the day.
I love Brad's information and humor and I think all his books are very well worth the money. What does fast 5 cost by the way? :)
