Welcome! I don’t have an answer for you, tho! I’m just the opposite! If I START eating, it is hard to stop, so opening my eating window later in the day is what has worked for me.
But, in reality, I think a19-hr fast is a 19-hr fast whether broken in the morning or in the evening.

But the question is, since everyone seems to advocate eating late in the day (Fast-5 originally, as does Leangains, as do pretty much all other IF'ers who eat daily that I know of), does it make a difference?
