Did I share here yesterday about eating some fat (peanut butter)
post-morning cuz I was falling asleep after I ate my protein pancakes? I
was amazed! Since I chose to fast today (after I broke my 12-hr fast), no
crashing (getting sleepy) since I ate nothing mid-morning as I sometimes do
(I am not currently Fast5ing).
When you say, 'eat quickly', does that mean get something in your system
fast?
Is there a specific 'something' that you aim towards eating when you feel
that way?

Hi Ellen,
Thanks for the input. I have learned when my blood sugar is getting too
low... how it feels... so just eat quickly. Was just a bit nervous to
deliberately go fasting cos am very busy and hate feeling weak. I probably
fell asleep yesterday in reaction to it... but felt so fantastic the rest of
the day that didn't even need to eat a meal the rest of the day! Stayed
strong and alert.
