[fast5] Re: Long timers?

i can say that at least for me, it definitely does. i didn't really know at first, but most of my diet consisted of carbs and almost 0 fat and very little meat. what i found happened was that i never really felt "full" and since the rules for fast five is to eat whatever you want, as much as you wanted within the window, i would resort to other carb heavy and sometimes sugar loaded things. i would eat until i felt bloated, so bloated that i would feel very drowsy and would have to take a nap for about an hour before i felt a bit better. not a good feeling. but after switching to minimal carbs and a lot more meat and fat then before, i feel great everyday, never feel bloated, and feel full much faster. i eat more of a balanced diet more like, not completely avoiding carbs, but trying to make it less of a staple in my diet then before.
