Thanks! Yeah, that "suddenly I can't eat so much" reaction is a
strange side effect of this way of eating. It's hard to believe until
you've experienced it. The sudden craving for healthier foods happens
to a lot of people too. Fast-5 seems to push the appestat in good
directions. It's exactly the OPPOSITE of what the naysayers say: that
if you fast you'll be so hungry that all you will eat is junk.
