Thank you David, once again, great advice!
I'm usually one to dive head first into things... kinda stubborn I guess, or anxious for results and end up bombing all together.
I like what you said about needing time to shift from customary patterns... that does make sense... and I'm sure will help me function better as I try and get used to this.
I weighed this morning before my workout... first time since I quit F5 last June... I've gained about 12 lbs... blah. I know for a fact it will come off and stay off if I do this right so I can make it a comfortable, daily way of life.
