Re: [fast5] Healthy?

Hi, Benjamin:

I have been doing FF since the beginning of December, and have lost 7 1/2 pounds. I am thrilled with that. It is a slower weight loss, but I eat whatever I want. I try to go for the good stuff first, but don't deny myself anything. I do realize that I am hungrier the next day during my fast if I load up on too much junk. I do try to keep the junk to a minimum, though. My body seems to be craving peppers, for some reason. I usually begin my eating window with a cut red, yellow or orange pepper and a stick of mozzarella cheese. A little later I may have some chips and salsa and a glass of wine. If dinner is appealing, I will go for that. I sometimes end with a glass of milk and a cookie. I "cheat" during the day with a cup of coffee with cream, and often chew sugarless gum during the day. That is supposed to be a no no, but it still works for me. I think you just have to play around with FF until you tweak it to work for you. It really is very freeing to eat this way. It is kind of an eating/non-eating adventure. Good luck to you!
