Hello there everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself to you all. I'm 31 and overweight and I workout just about everyday at the gym and really love it, but food has always been a problem with me as far as overeating is concerned, so I do not lose nor do I gain because of this prolonged lifestyle. So I decided to do a little research online and came across the fast-five diet website. I downloaded the book over the Internet in pdf format and read it all the way through and for some reason it just clicked with me, it makes so much sense!!!! I have officially began the fast-five today! I'm so glad to be here everyone seems to be so nice and I'm so glad that I have joined. Thanks for having me and I hope to see everyone around.
