One of the things that Fast-5 does is let your body tell you what it wants. The problem comes when we don't listen.
Your body said "eat regular food" not "quit Fast-5".
I don't get all hung up on eating healthy, but I do try to listen to what my body really wants. The only thing I really try to do every time I break my fast is to start with something good, not junk. For me, that is a piece of cheese. (I am pretty sure if I started with chips or candy, I would fill up on it and that wouldn't be good.)
Other than that, I just try to eat what I want and stick to my 3-8PM window. For lunches (break-fast at 3:00 PM) at work, I bring leftovers, so I am pretty well limited to something that is real food.
