[fast5] Re: Long timers?

Thank you... your success is encouraging! I cannot imagine doing this without the spaciness... I'll try not over doing it when I do eat and start out slower.

I started today again... I'm eating raw fruit during my off time (today only 2 apples... one for breakfast and one for lunch) just to try and prevent the spaciness... and I just finished exercising... great workout! The spaciness is there today, but I'm hoping it will subside by trying some things different.
