[fast5] Long timers?



since setember last year, i've been trying to make this WOE work for me. I' tried moving my window several times during these months. I started with the 5-10pm,  i tried moving back my window every week. finally I got to 1-6pm window and this one worked pretty well for me. I've been eating luch at 1pm, fruts  at 4 and a shake made of fibers and ginseng at 6pm. after that several glasses of pure destiled water. i don´t feel heavy at bed time anymore and don´t feel hungry either.  during the mornings I've been drinking water and unsweatened herbal tea, but I noticed that when I drink only water, I feel less hungry at lunch time than when I dring herbal tea. I've been having this feeding window since last saturday - today is day 4. i haven´t weighted myself since than and i plan to do that on saturday morming, but I feel reallyconfortable in this window.
 
well... maybe it´sjust a case of being pacient enought to experiment what window time works better for you... thank god I didn´t give up, because it seems I finally got it right.
