I don't always eat healthy. I pretty much each the normal dinners that I used to before Fast 5. I don't always have a salad, sometimes I don't have any veggies. I don't eat as many sweets as I used to but I don't deny myself. I still love chips and popcorn but I try not to fill up on them. I don't exercise either.
On nights when I eat a lot of empty calories I wake up ravenous! Once was enough to convince me to make sure I get the good food in first.
After the initial water weight loss, I'm losing about 1 lb a week. That's average I guess but I'm happy with it.
Like many others though, I'm so pleased with my new body that I find myself wanting to eat better. I'm also psyching myself up to start exercising.
