[fast5] Re: Just started fast-five

I sometimes go back up a few lbs before dropping again. So even a reverse long into Fast-5 isn't a reason to be discouraged. Listen to what your body really wants.

Sometimes I'm up and sometimes down (over 30 lbs so far), but over the long run I continue to loose a little more than a lb a week. Invariably, if I eat outside my window even one day, I will gain weight. But it comes back off and then some.

Good luck.

This diet seems to be easier to stick to than most diets, as not eating during the day keeps my hormones and insulin levels even. Scince it is easier to stick to and it naturally lowers my appetite, I am hoping I will be able to do this for the long term, and eventually see results.
