Today was my hardest day yet--the 7th day. About 2-3 hours before my window opened I started feeling a little light headed or unsteady. So I went out and drank some Green Tea I made with stevia. Within a few minutes, I felt remarkably better, and I was fine until my window opened at 5 PM.
Kind of wierd how a glass of Green tea could make me perk up and feel better, even though there was 0 calories?
I havent been drinking like I should during the day and my fasting period. Do you think dehydration/hunger together could have made me feel unsteady/light headed a bit?
