This is a huge thing for me, I can sail through a whole 19+ hours fasting, and Its like the cravings are almost completly gone. I used to crave sugar, and also binge eat several times a day recently before I started this. I think this is day 4 or so on FF
I think I do have insulin resistance, a metobolic thing going on with a bunch of wieght on my belly/stomach and hips area.
Its like when I get up and dont eat anything its so much easier than eating a little here and there, and trying to make all these Decisions whether I should eat, whether I can eat, What I should eat ect.
WOW! More poeple should try this. It works, it just plain does. No question about it for me. I think it is also a lifetime lifestyle change, that one can do forever 95%-100% of the time.
