Hello everyone. Today is my first FF day. I have been doing the paleo diet for a month and I think this is an interesting thing to add on top of it. I am not sure if I will ease into it or go all the way immediately. Today I am having no difficulty just going for it, but today is an easy day, doing housework, surfing the net, and watching football. Tomorrow will be my normal work day, up at 5 am, 12 hour shift as a nurse (lots of short distance walking.) My normal schedule is to eat an apple at 5:30 am, then eggs w/ salsa btwn 7 and 10 am, lunch at 11, snacks at 2 pm, dinner at 5, snack when I get home at 8:30.
We'll see! I am hoping the activity doesn't make me super hungry.
I also am on metformin for type II diabetes, so I am interested to see what this will do.
