Hi all! I started FF on December 31st. I weighed in this morning and have lost 8 pounds. I have been exercising, but I have not been as careful as I should about HOW I break my fast. This week I'm going to focus on that.
I am VERY pleased with this! Obviously there is an adjustment period, but I don't feel the least bit deprived or sorry for myself! We'd all like the weight gone yesterday of course, but we do know that a little slower is better for the long term.
