I second that, David! I also have been active all my life. Whereas in my 20s I was big and beefy from powerlifting (for my frame), I am now at 55 seeing my abs for the first time--ever! Had been doing mega cardio for the last couple of years with precious little fact reduction, despite long and intense effort. I've since dropped the cardio and am concentrating on bodybuilding. My training is only moderately challenging for now, nothing compared to a serious bodybuilder. Nevertheless, I'm well on my way to getting "ripped" from Fast-5. This works at any age, gang!
