Hello Jewel,
Sorry you are having so many stressful events at once. I know what it feels like to want to eat to help with stress.
I don't know if this is common or will help but for me, when I eat in the evenings it makes me more hungry in the morning. Not sure why but the more I eat the closer to bed time, the hungrier I am in the morning.
My window is in the middle of the day, 12:30-4:30. I find it easier to wait only til lunchtime as 5pm seems so far away. Then once my window closes, there are only a few more hours until bed time again. I find my hunger pains have really diminished.
So far I have lost over 18Lbs and counting.
If you can stick to a plan and start seeing weight come off, which you will because Fast 5 absolutely works, it may give you just the boost you need to tackle the hard road ahead.
Good Luck!
Jenna.

But then (sorry to sound like a country song here) I found out were moving our family of 6 in one week. my oldest is upset he has to change high-schools, my cat needs a $700.00 eye surgery, I have my very first book signing this Friday(nervous how it will go), and my husband just twisted up the muscles in his back, so I will be doing all the packing myself, and now the big one. My pharmacy ran out of my thyroid meds (I've had a full thyroidectomy due to thyroid cancer a couple years ago) so I missed 4 days of T3 and am really feeling it.
> This is "Just Life" the real issue is I found out contrary to my prior belief that I am VERY MUCH an emotional eater. I feel ravenous ALL the time. I feel overwhelmed and just want to sit down with some chocolate. I wake up early in the morning feeling strong urges to stuff my face with sugary or buttery things.
