Re: [fast5] I love Fast Five!

Hi JennaLynn and congratulations on your success with Fast-5!  I see that your window is four hours rather than five. Is that intentional?

This Christmas I got a present from my sister in law of clothing from a plus size store. That was it, I knew then that if other people knew I had to buy clothes from the plus size store then it was time to fix this once and for all! I was 80 Lbs overweight and thought, people don't really notice, do they? I was wrong.

I have been doing FF since January 1st and am LOVING it! I have tried every diet there was and always found it a struggle and such hard work. Counting and measuring and depriving myself of the foods I love. It never felt like living and I always gained the weight back anyway! Fast Five has been the easiest diet I have ever tried. I know that I can still have that favorite food, but I just have to wait a couple of hours. No problem.

My eating window is from 12:30-4:30. I thought it would be hard not eating at night but I am just not hungry. I know that I won't be eating and so my body just accepts it and I do something else. And, my weakness, snacking, is now illuminated...since I know that outside the eating window I should be eating nothing, I don't make the mistake of eating, "just one more" or "a little extra" or eating a snack before bed. Plus, during the fasting hours I drink TONS of water, which keeps me full and is really good for me.

I feel so much lighter and energized, my skin has cleared up, my hair is shinier and healthier and I have been sleeping through the night.

FF also helps me eat more fruits and veggies because I think to myself, this is the only time I have to get the vitamins/nutrients I need so better add some healthy stuff in. I would feel bad if I just ate fast food...but I could if I wanted to, which is why it works for me. Nothing is off limits. Of course you don't want to binge or go overboard but if you want a cookie, hey, go for it.

Since January 1st, I have "released" 16Lbs! And this time it is gone FOREVER!

Thank you so much for the Fast Five Lifestyle!
