Any window that works for you is fine. One of the key guiding principles of fast 5 is to establish long-term control over calorie intake in a natural and sustainable way. To this end, the timing of your "window" is much less significant than the fact that your consumption is concentrated within a defined period.

There's no mention of using different times, but in reading through many of the posts here, I see that some of you use different windows. I'm thinking that a 1:30-6:30 window would work best for me. I rarely eat anything after dinner and don't want to start doing that now.
