Sandra, it's interesting what you say about thinking about what you'll eat in your next window - I find I often do that too. It's an example of "delayed gratification", I guess - the opposite of the constant bombardment of "have it now" propaganda - and I find that it has the effect of making meal-times more special and enjoyable, because more anticipated.

i usually have one main meal when i break my fast and a snack or light meal near the end of my window. i never thought i would be able to not eat in the evenings. i have always been a night snacker even eating dinner as late as 7 or 8pm. but i have surprised myself and done well. i think i just have a mind set and when i think of food at night i tell myself no, window closed! lol. then i think about what i am going to eat tomorrow when my window opens. good luck kathy!
