are bloated...
Perhaps, as requested, you could share what you're eating w/in your window?

Hi all - thanks in advance...I know FF works because i've experimented with
it before - BUT - i get so BLOATED after my window is over because i end up
getting hungry - (3-8pm window) - i can't use a later window because i get
so light headed and aggrivated without food for too long...any advice here?
