[fast5] Day 1 The first few days will be the hardest - Can you help me?

Hello All

I have been a lurker for an embarrassing amount of time. Always I've had an excuse or simply no will power to complete the first week. I tend to stumble getting into the Fast5 groove and then I say I'll start tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.

So here I am again, trying again, 40lbs over the weight I want to be and I hate it. I have a huge wardrobe full of clothes and after trying everything on and finding maybe 10 items that fit me it's time to take action. That and the fact I was 40 yesterday didn't help, I didn't like how I looked or felt.

I have no support network and no friends remotely close by having moved to a new area. I hope you guys can help.

My Stats:
Female
5,9
Large frame
190lbs

All medical stats from the Dr are normal apart from my body fat percentage which is close to 38%! In other words obese.

I'm hoping the Fast5 can help me rein in and control me eating. I had a pretty horrendous year last year which automatically makes me turn to food for comfort. I started baking and hey presto, before you know `who ate all the pie', it was me, and I couldn't seen to stop myself. I'm ashamed of myself now but I'm determined to get back in control of my life and food is the first step.

My window is 8am to 1pm. This allows me to eat breakfast and lunch with my Son. Eating late does not work for me as I tend to be too hungry and lose control.

Can you help me by posting what/how you eat through your eating window? It would be very much appreciated.
