[fast5] best way to get your daily protein to keep muscle....?

What is a easy way to get it?
Shakes? Pills/supplements?
I presently need to up my protein intake.

I also take fiber capsules (1000 mg 2-5 a day) usually after I eat.
The fiber does seem to curb my hunger.
Let's apply this question to omega fish oil and daily vitamins as well.
Can I take these when fasting or should I wait till my eating window opens?
