[fast5] Re: Muscle Loss on Fast-5?

Hi Al-

All I can really tell you is that since starting F5 in December, I have definitely gotten stronger, maybe marginally bigger, but my skin has gotten thinner too so there is more vascularity and cuts. Real muscle takes years to build. Layers of subcutaneous fat are easy to build and often leave you with the impression that you've gained muscle when you've really just eaten too much and covered the hard earned muscle you actually have. My strength gains are not as radical as they have been in the past, but they're steady.

So to sum it up, strength is up, bodyfat is down.
